Adaptacja budynków Austerii na Centrum Integracji społeczno-kulturalnej w Raszynie
zakończenie realizacji inwestycji
30 kwietnia 2024 roku – zgodnie z Umową Finansową podpisaną z Ministerstwem Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego – zakończona została realizacja inwestycji pn. „Adaptacja budynków Austerii na Centrum Integracji społeczno-kulturalnej w Raszynie – etap 2”. Jednak już 31 stycznia 2024 r. została wydana przez Powiatowego Inspektora Nadzoru Budowlanego w Pruszkowie Decyzja nr 20/2024 pozwalająca na użytkowanie rozbudowanych budynków dawnej poczty, wozowni i kramów z przeznaczeniem na funkcję usługową wraz z instalacjami wewnętrznymi, zagospodarowaniem terenu i infrastrukturą techniczną.
Jak piękna jest dziś Austeria – zarówno obecnie odnowione południowe skrzydło, jak i niedawno odrestaurowany budynek dawnego zajazdu – mieszkańcy gminy Raszyn, okolicznych miejscowości i wszyscy przyjezdni z dalszych regionów Polski mogli się przekonać w czasie „Dni Otwartych” 15-17 marca 2024 r. Program tych trzech dni był bardzo bogaty. Odbyły się warsztaty z tworzenia kolaży literackich, własnych ze-szytów, malarstwa, robiono ozdoby wielkanocne, malowano na szkle, ozdabiano także drewniane ramki. Każdy, senior czy junior, znalazł coś ciekawego dla siebie. Ponadto podczas pierwszego publicznego udostępnienia budynków odbył się pokaz budowy i obsługi broni historycznej, można było posłuchać gawędy o mundurze i życiu żołnierzy, przygotowanej przez pasjonatów w strojach wojsk z czasów księcia Poniatowskiego, który – dla przypomnienia – w czasie „Bitwy Raszyńskiej 1809” miał swoją siedzibę w budynku głównym kompleksu. Sala „lustrzana” była w tych dniach świadkiem kursów Legii Soccer School dla najmłodszych. Szacuje się, że tylko w ciągu tych trzech dni Austerię odwiedziło prawie 6 000 osób. Wszyscy odwiedzających zostali obdarowani skromnymi pamiątkami.
Najbardziej uroczysty moment w czasie Dni Otwartych to piątkowe wydarzenie 15 marca 2024 r. z udziałem m.in. radnych, sołtysów, dyrektorów placówek gminy Raszyn, burmistrzów i wójtów okolicznych miejscowości, Mazowieckiego Wojewódzkiego Konserwatora Zabytków, Powiatowego Inspektora Nadzoru Budowlanego z Pruszkowa, przedstawicieli wykonawcy i biura projektowego. Byli także obecni Partnerzy projektowi z Polski i Norwegii, a gościem honorowym była Radca Ambasady Norwegii w Polsce, do której obowiązków należy m.in. nadzór nad funduszami Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego. Na zakończenie uroczystości przedstawiciele wszystkich instytucji zaangażowanych w powstanie tak pięknego obiektu przecięli czerwoną wstęgę, przekazując społeczności w ten symboliczny sposób odnowioną i fantastyczną Austerię, prawdziwą „Raszyńską Perełkę”.
Należy w tym miejscu przypomnieć, że drugi etap „Adaptacji budynków Austerii” zakładał realizację dwóch celów: stworzenie atrakcyjnej i nowoczesnej oferty kulturalnej poprzez zwiększenie uczestnictwa społeczeństwa w wydarzeniach artystycznych o zasięgu regionalnym czy ponadregionalnym oraz modernizację i renowację zabytkowego zespołu urbanistycznego historycznego centrum Raszyna (działania budowlane).
Ten drugi cel, to modernizacja wozowni, dawnej poczty i kramów. Wewnątrz powstała sala lustrzana do zajęć ruchowych (np. jogi), czytelnia z niewielką biblioteką, sala multimedialna i w pełni wyposażona kuchnia do prowadzenia warsztatów kulinarnych. Zabytkowe budynki uzupełnione zostały nowym, szklanym pawilonem, który stworzył niezwykłą przestrzeń do spotkań mieszkańców z widokiem na Stawy Raszyńskie należące do Rezerwatu przyrody. W pawilonie zainstalowano także nietypową atrakcję – wiszącą kanapkę, pełniącą rolę swoistej huśtawki.
Natomiast pierwszy cel oferuje bogaty program działalności kulturalno-edukacyjnej; wiele już wydarzeń zostało zaproponowanych lokalnej społeczności. Oferta skierowana m.in. do osób wykluczonych lub zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym, do cudzoziemców zamieszkujących ten region, do turystów zwiedzających ciekawe okolice Warszawy, ale przede wszystkim do mieszkańców gminy: dzieci i młodzieży, dorosłych i seniorów, do wszystkich zainteresowanych udziałem w oferowanych wydarzeniach. Odbyła się wystawa żałobnych krynolin, warsztaty z obsługi kamer VR 360, warsztaty edukacyjne dla dzieci ze szkół podstawowych, zajęcia z języka angielskiego, a seniorki i seniorzy trenowali swój kunszt artystyczny pod kierownictwem aktorki Anny Wojton i przygotowali fragmenty sztuki A. Fredry „Śluby panieńskie”. Jednak nie zatrzymamy się tylko na tym, co było. Planowane są najróżniejsze eventy kulturalne w postaci szeroko rozumianej działalności artystycznej, w tym m.in. w zakresie działalności warsztatowej, edukacyjnej, literackiej czy wystawienniczej. To także konkursy, wykłady, przedstawienia teatralne, wystawy sztuk wizualnych w formie mixed reality, szkolenia z zakresu zarządzania i projektowania usług kulturalnych, ochrony własności intelektualnej, Talent Managment czy sieciowania w kulturze, a także zajęcia ruchowe (np. joga lub nauka tańca zwanego „kontredansem”). Już dziś zapraszamy na te wydarzenia, a wszystkie dziwnie brzmiące nazwy zostaną w sposób przystępny i interesujący wyjaśnione przez Partnerów projektu lub zaproszonych prowadzących/trenerów.
Odrestaurowane pozostałości układu urbanistycznego historycznego centrum Raszyn dopełnia plac zabaw dla dzieci i boisko do szachów plenerowych.

Adaptation of Austeria buildings to the Centre for Social and Cultural Integration in Raszyn accomplishment of the investment
On 30 April 2024 – in accordance with the Financial Agreement signed with the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage – the implementation of the investment entitled "Adaptation of Austeria buildings to the Centre for Social and Cultural Integration in Raszyn – stage 2" was completed. However, on 31 January 2024, the District Building Inspector in Pruszków city, issued Decision No. 20/2024 allowing the use of the new buildings of the former post office, coach house and stalls for a service function together with internal installations, land development and technical infrastructure.
How beautiful the Austeria is today - both the currently renovated southern wing and the recently restored building of the former inn - the residents of the Raszyn commune, surrounding towns and all visitors from further regions of Poland could see during the "Open Days" on March 15-17, 2024. The program of these three days was very rich. There were workshops on creating literary collages, own notebooks, painting, making Easter decorations, painting on glass, and decorating wooden frames. Everyone, senior or junior, found something interesting for themselves. In addition, during the first public opening of the buildings, a show of the construction and operation of historical weapons took place, you could listen to a story about the uniform and life of soldiers, prepared by enthusiasts in military costumes from the times of Prince Poniatowski, who - as a reminder - during the "Battle of Raszyn 1809" has his own headquarter in the main building of the complex. During these days, the "mirror" room witnessed Legia Soccer School courses for the youngest. It is estimated that almost 6,000 people visited Austeria during these three days. All visitors were given modest souvenirs.
The most ceremonial moment during the Open Days was the Friday event on March 15, 2024, with the participation of, among others, councillors, village heads, directors of Raszyn commune institutions, mayors and heads of nearby towns, the Mazovian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments, the District Building Inspector from Pruszków, representatives of the contractor and the design office. Project Partners from Poland and Norway were also present, and the guest of honour was the Counsellor of the Norwegian Embassy in Poland, whose duties include, among others, supervision of European Economic Area funds. At the end of the ceremony, representatives of all institutions involved in the creation of such a beautiful facility cut the red ribbon, symbolically handing over to the local community the renovated and fantastic Austeria, a true "Raszyn Pearl".
It should be recalled here that the second stage of the “Adaptation of Austeria buildings” assumed the implementation of two goals: creating an attractive and modern cultural offer by increasing the participation of society in artistic events of regional or supra-regional scope and modernization and renovation of the historic urban complex of the historic center of Raszyn (construction activities).
The second goal was the modernization of the coach house, the former post office and stalls. Inside, a mirror room for physical activities (e.g. yoga), a reading room with a small library, a multimedia room and a fully equipped kitchen for conducting culinary workshops were created. The historic buildings were complemented by a new, glass pavilion, which created an extraordinary space for meetings of residents with a view of the Raszyn Ponds, which belong to the Nature Reserve. An unusual attraction was also installed in the pavilion - a hanging couch, acting as a kind of swing.
The first objective offers a rich program of cultural and educational activities; many events have already been proposed to the local community. The offer is addressed to, among others, people who are excluded or at risk of social exclusion, foreigners living in this region, tourists visiting interesting areas of Warsaw, but above all to residents of the commune: children and youth, adults and seniors, to all interested in participating in the offered events. There was an exhibition of mourning crinolines, workshops on operating VR 360 cameras, educational workshops for primary school children, English classes, and seniors practiced their artistic skills under the direction of actress Anna Wojton and prepared some fragments of play by A. Fredro "Maidens' Vows". However, we will not stop at what was. Various cultural events are planned in the form of broadly understood artistic activities, including workshops, educational, literary and exhibition activities. These are also competitions, lectures, theatre performances, mixed reality visual art exhibitions, training in the management and design of cultural services, protection of intellectual property, Talent Management or networking in culture, as well as physical activities (e.g. yoga or learning a dance called "counter dance"). We invite you to these events today, and all strange-sounding names will be explained in an accessible and interesting way by the project Partners or invited hosts/trainers.
The restored remains of the urban layout of the historic center of Raszyn are complemented by a playground for children and an outdoor chess court.

Adaptation des bâtiments d'Austeria au Centre d'intégration sociale et culturelle de Raszyn réalisation de l'investissement
Le 30 avril 2024 - conformément à la convention financière signée avec le Ministère de la Culture et du Patrimoine national - l'investissement intitulé "Adaptation des bâtiments d'Austeria au Centre d'intégration socioculturelle de Raszyn - étape 2" a été terminé. Cependant, le 31 janvier 2024, la décision n° 20/2024 a été rendue par l'inspecteur régional de surveillance de la construction à Pruszków, autorisant l'utilisation des bâtiments agrandis de l'ancien bureau de poste, de la remise et des stands pour des fonctions de service ainsi que des installations internes, aménagement du territoire et infrastructure technique.
Comme l'Austeria est belle aujourd'hui - tant l'aile sud actuellement rénovée que le bâtiment de l'ancienne auberge récemment restauré - les habitants de la commune de Raszyn, les villes environnantes et tous les visiteurs des autres régions de Pologne ont pu le constater par eux-mêmes lors des "Journées Portes Ouvertes" du 15 au 17 mars 2024. Programme de ces trois jours était très riche. Il y avait des ateliers de création de collages littéraires, de propres cahiers, de peinture, de décorations de Pâques, de verre peint et de décoration de cadres en bois. Tout le monde, senior ou junior, a trouvé quelque chose d'intéressant pour lui-même. De plus, lors de la première ouverture publique des bâtiments, il y a eu une démonstration de la construction et du fonctionnement des armes historiques, on a pu écouter un discours sur l'uniforme et la vie des soldats, préparé par des passionnés en costumes militaires de l'époque du prince Poniatowski qui - pour rappel - pendant la "Bataille de Raszyn 1809" avait son propre quartier général dans le bâtiment principal du complexe. Durant des Journées Portes Ouvertes , la salle "miroir" a été témoin des cours de l'école de football Legia pour les plus jeunes. On estime que près de 6 000 personnes ont visité Austeria au cours de ces trois jours seulement. Tous les visiteurs ont reçu de modestes souvenirs.
Le moment le plus solennel des Journées Portes Ouvertes est l'événement du vendredi 15 mars 2024, avec la participation, entre autres, les conseillers municipaux, les directeurs des institutions de la commune de Raszyn, les maires et chefs de commune des villes voisines, le Conservateur des monuments de la voïvodie de Mazovie, l'Inspecteur régional de surveillance des travaux de Pruszków, les représentants de l'entrepreneur et du bureau d'études (architects). Des partenaires du projet de Pologne et de Norvège étaient également présents, et l'invité d'honneur était le conseiller de l'ambassade de Norvège en Pologne, dont les fonctions comprennent, entre autres, surveillance des fonds de l’Espace économique européen. A la fin de la cérémonie, les représentants de toutes les institutions impliquées dans la création d'un si bel établissement ont coupé le ruban rouge, remettant symboliquement à la communauté la fantastique Austeria rénovée, une véritable «Perle de Raszyn ».
Il faut rappeler ici que la deuxième étape de « l'Adaptation des Bâtiments Austeria» supposait la réalisation de deux objectifs: créer une offre culturelle attrayante et moderne en augmentant la participation du public aux événements artistiques régionaux et suprarégionaux et en modernisant et en rénovant le patrimoine historique du complexe urbain de centre historique de Raszyn (activités de construction).
Le deuxième objectif est la modernisation de la remise, de l'ancien bureau de poste et des étalages. À l’intérieur, on retrouve une salle miroir pour les activités physiques (yoga par exemple), une salle de lecture avec une petite bibliothèque, une salle multimédia et une cuisine entièrement équipée pour animer des ateliers culinaires. Les bâtiments historiques ont été complétés par un nouveau pavillon de verre, qui a créé un espace de rencontre extraordinaire pour les résidents avec vue sur les étangs, qui font partie de la réserve naturelle. Une attraction phénoménale a également été installée dans le pavillon: un canapé suspendu qui fonctionne comme une balançoire.
Le premier objectif propose un riche programme d’activités culturelles et éducatives; de nombreux événements ont déjà été proposés à la communauté locale. L'offre s'adresse entre autres: aux personnes exclues ou menacées d'exclusion sociale, aux étrangers vivant dans cette région, aux touristes visitant les quartiers intéressants de Varsovie, mais surtout aux habitants de la commune: enfants et jeunes, adultes et personnes âgées, et à tous ceux qui souhaitent participer dans les événements proposés. Il y a eu une exposition de crinolines de deuil, des ateliers sur l'utilisation de caméras VR 360, des ateliers éducatifs pour les enfants des écoles primaires, des cours d'anglais et des ateliers pour des seniors qui ont formé leurs compétences artistiques sous la direction de l'actrice Anna Wojton. Ils ont préparé des fragments de la pièce de théâtre d'A. Fredro "Marriage de vierges". Cependant, nous ne nous arrêterons pas seulement aux activités que nous avons déja réalisées. Diverses manifestations culturelles sont prévues sous la forme d'activités artistiques au sens large, parmi lesquelles: dans le domaine des activités d'atelier, pédagogiques, littéraires et d'exposition. Il s'agit également de concours, de conférences, de représentations théâtrales, d'expositions d'arts visuels sous forme de réalité mixte, de formations à la gestion et à la conception de services culturels, de protection de la propriété intellectuelle, de gestion des talents et de mise en réseau dans la culture, ainsi que des cours d'exercices (par exemple yoga ou apprendre la danse appelée "contradans"). Nous vous invitons à ces événements aujourd'hui, et tous les noms à consonance étrange seront expliqués de manière accessible et intéressante par les partenaires du projet ou les présentateurs/formateurs invités.
Les vestiges restaurés de l'aménagement urbain du centre historique de Raszyn sont complétés par une aire de jeux pour enfants et un terrain d'échecs extérieur.
