Projekt pn.: „Adaptacja budynków Austerii na Centrum Integracji społeczno-kulturalnej w Raszynie przy al. Krakowskiej 1 – etap 2” zrealizowano w ramach Programu Mechanizm Finansowy Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego.

Koszty projektu były pokrywane w 73% z Funduszy EOG oraz w 12% ze środków Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego. Wkład własny Gminy Raszyn wynosił 15%.

Łączny koszt projektu zgodnie z umową z MKiDN: 17 044 044,52 zł
Zadanie zostało zrealizowane w okresie od 1 stycznia 2021r. do 30 kwietnia 2024r.

W ramach projektu zrewitalizowano budynki należące do kompleksu „Austerii” położone wzdłuż Alei Krakowskiej.  Działania rewitalizacyjne trwały nieprzerwanie od 2021 roku, a zaczęły się od przeprowadzenia badań archeologicznych i architektonicznych. Po wyłonieniu w drodze postępowania przetargowego generalnego wykonawcy przystąpiono do prac konserwatorskich, restauratorskich oraz budowlanych polegających na remoncie, rozbudowie i przebudowie dawnych budynków poczty, wozowni i kramów. Projekt przewidywał powstanie w tym miejscu Centrum Integracji i Dialogu, w ramach którego działać będzie czytelnia, sala zajęć ruchowych, sala multimedialna, biblioteka, kuchnia do prowadzenia warsztatów i strefa konsumpcyjna.

Równolegle do trwających prac budowlanych przeprowadzono wiele ciekawych i innowacyjnych przedsięwzięć o charakterze społecznym i kulturalnym tzw. „działań miękkich”. Miejscem tych działań był oddany w 2021 r. – też zrewitalizowany – budynek dawnego zajazdu zwany „Austerią”, a także Centrum Kultury Raszyn, szkoły i przedszkola.  Zaproszenia na spotkania, wystawy, przedstawienia, szkolenia i warsztaty pojawiały się na stronach internetowych gminy Raszyn, Centrum Kultury Raszyn oraz na facebooku urzędu gminy, CKR i samej Austerii.

W ramach projektu zostały podpisane umowy partnerskie z Fundacją na Rzecz Dialogu oraz dwoma partnerami z Norwegii: Nansenowską Akademią Humanistyczną z siedzibą w Lillehammer i Wyższą Szkołą Kristiania z siedzibą w Oslo. To właśnie nasi Partnerzy  przygotowali większość wydarzeń przewidzianych w projekcie.

Nansenowska Akademia Humanistyczna przygotowała i zaprezentowała m.in.:

  • wykład wraz z prezentacją multimedialną „Wykorzystanie dialogu do wzmocnienia rozwoju społeczeństwa”;
  • prezentację nt. funkcjonowania Nansenowskiej Akademii, przybliżenie postaci Fridtjofa Nansena w 100. rocznicę przyznania mu Pokojowej Nagrody Nobla;
  • szkolenie nt. komunikacji międzykulturowej i dialogu;
  • warsztaty z komunikacji dla dzieci;
  • odczyt nt. historii relacji Polska-Norwegia.

Wyższa Szkoła Kristiania  - zgodnie z umową partnerską – przygotowała spektakl pt. „Aaron” w reż. prof. Piotra Chołodzińskiego wystawiony przez studentów drugiego roku studiów aktorskich w Wyższej Szkole Kristiania oraz absolwentów Wydziału Aktorskiego PWST w Warszawie. Gościnnie wystąpił także Jan Englert – jako ojciec głównego bohatera. Spektakl był prezentowany w Centrum Kultury Raszyn i w Teatrum Nobilium w Warszawie w lutym 2023, a miesiąc później w Oslo w Norwegii. Scenariusz został napisany na potrzeby projektu przez Vanessę Goldmann (pseud. Rebeki Spalińskiej). Muzykę stworzyli i zagrali studenci muzyki Uniwersytetu Muzycznego F.Chopina. Spektakl grany był w 4 językach: polskim, angielskim, norweskim i hebrajskim. Przedstawiona historia to wizyta w Polsce Aarona, młodego mężczyzny pochodzenia żydowskiego, którego rodzice mieszkający w Polsce wyemigrowali do Norwegii. Aaron odwiedza synagogę w Krakowie, gdzie jego pradziadek był kantorem. Celem podróży jest uzyskanie dokumentu niezbędnego do zawarcia ślubu z dziewczyną z Izraela. W krakowskim hotelu spotyka grupę neonazistów z Norwegii, a to spotkanie odmienia jego życie i jest przyczyną katastrofy w relacjach między młodymi ludźmi.

Fundacja na rzecz Dialogu oferowała m.in.:

  • wykład „Dialog metodą Nansena – skuteczna metoda zrozumienia innych”
  • prezentację „Sztuka i historia w Virtual Reality – jak tworzyć rzeczywistość wirtualną”
  • wykład „Kultura i sztuka w rzeczywistości wirtualnej” przedstawiony podczas Europejskich Dni Dziedzictwa
  • warsztaty teatralne dla seniorów i dla dzieci (seniorzy zaprezentowali swoje umiejętności podczas przedstawienia w CKR fragmentów „Dam i Huzarów” oraz „Ślubów panieńskich”)
  • kurs języka angielskiego
  • warsztaty dla najmłodszych pn. „Mali odkrywcy” z archeologii i geologii
  • wystawa pn. „Moda damska w okresie żałoby narodowej związanej ze zrywem powstaniowym w 1863 r. w Polsce

Project entitled: "Adaptation of Austeria buildings for the Center of Social and Cultural Integration in Raszyn situated 1, Krakowska Alley – stage 2" implemented under the EEA Financial Mechanism Program

Project supports the revitalization the part of the Austeria along Krakowska Alley. As soon as archaeological excavations will be finished, Raszyn Commune – with the selected contractor – will start conservation, restoration and construction works involving the renovation, expansion and reconstruction of the former post office, coach house and stalls. There will be a reading room, a room for physical activities, a multimedia room, a library, a kitchen for workshops and a consumption zone.

 

Many interesting and innovative projects of a social and cultural nature have already been planned in the restored part, including meetings, exhibitions, performances, trainings and workshops.
 

To perform this task, the Raszyn Commune has signed partnership agreements: with Foundation for Dialogue (from Poland) and with two partners from Norway – Nansen Academy – Norwegian Humanistic Academy and the Krystiania University College. It is our Partners who prepare most of the events planned in the project.

Projet intitulé: "Adaptation des bâtiments Austeria pour le Centre d'intégration sociale et culturelle de Raszyn, allée Krakowska 1 - étape 2" mis en œuvre dans le cadre du programme de mécanisme financier de l'EEE

Les coûts du projet sont couverts à 73% par les fonds de l'EEE et à 12% par les fonds du Ministère de la Culture, du Patrimoine national et du Sport. La contribution propre de la commune de Raszyn est de 15%.

La tâche sera mise en œuvre dans la période du 1er janvier 2021 au 30 septembre 2023.

Dans le cadre du projet, il est prévu de revitaliser une partie de l'Austeria le long d'Allée Krakowska. Au début, des travaux archéologiques seront menés. Ensuite, après avoir sélectionné l'entrepreneur, nous entamerons des travaux de conservation, de restauration et de construction comprenant la rénovation, l'agrandissement et la reconstruction des anciens bâtiments de la poste - auberge, maison pour les chariots et échoppes. Il y aura une salle de lecture, une salle d'activités physiques, une cuisine, une salle multimédia, une bibliothèque, une cuisine pour les ateliers et une zone de consommation.

Dans le même temps, de nombreux projets sociaux et culturels intéressants et innovants ont été planifiés. Pendant le projet, il y aura des réunions, des expositions, des performances, des formations et des ateliers.

Dans le cadre de ce projet, nous avons signé des accords de partenariat avec la Fondation pour le dialogue et deux partenaires norvégiens: l’Academy des Sciences Humaines de Nansen et l’Université Krystiania. Ce sont nos partenaires qui prépareront la plupart des événements prévus dans le projet.

ZESPÓŁ AUSTERII

Zgodnie z wpisem do Wojewódzkiego Rejestru Zabytków (nr 1265/05) w skład zabytkowego zespołu urbanistycznego w Raszynie wchodzą: zespół austerii wraz z wewnętrznym dziedzińcem i murami go wydzielającymi (tj. piętrowy budynek zajazdu zwany ratuszem, a także kramy, wozownia i stajnie) oraz poczta, kościół pod wezwaniem św. Szczepana i św. Anny, plebania, budynek dawnej szkoły (obecnie przedszkole) oraz pozostałości placu rynkowego. XVIII-wieczny zespół Austerii oprócz roli „centrum targowego” pełnił także rolę stacji pocztowej na drodze z Warszawy do Krakowa i Wrocławia.

Pierwszy etap rewitalizacji Austerii Gmina Raszyn przeprowadziła w latach 2017-2020. Prace rewitalizacyjne możliwe były dzięki dofinansowaniu z Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Mazowieckiego w wysokości prawie 60%; pozostała część to wkład własny Gminy Raszyn. Ogólny koszt remontu I etapu to kwota ponad 5,3 mln zł.

W odrestaurowanym budynku głównym mieści się filia Urzędu Stanu Cywilnego i Izba Pamięci, do której zbierane są eksponaty.

Drugi etap rewitalizacji, obejmujący dawną wozownię, kramy i pocztę możliwy dzięki wsparciu finansowemu ze środków Mechanizmu Finansowego Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego (73%), dotacji Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego  (12%) oraz środków własnych Gminy Raszyn (15%). Ogólny koszt remontu II etapu to kwota ponad  17 mln zł. Ten etap realizowany był w latach 2021-2024.

Proces rekonstrukcji Austerii odbywał się pod nadzorem Wojewódzkiego Konserwatora Zabytków. Zgodnie z zaleceniem konserwatora, Gmina dążyła do odbudowy całego obiektu –zespołu austerii, który został zaprojektowany przez czołowego architekta epoki stanisławowskiej Szymona Bogumiła Zuga. Obiekt uznano za jeden z najwspanialszych klasycystycznych zespołów zabudowań w Polsce z przełomu XVIII i XIX wieku.

Elementami oczekującymi na pełną rewitalizację są stajnie oraz zagospodarowanie terenu. Dzięki uczestnictwu Gminy Raszyn w Stowarzyszeniu Lokalna Grupa Działania Nadarzyn-Raszyn-Michałowice – oraz dzięki dofinansowaniu z Programu Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich na lata 2014-2020 - powstał „Plac zabaw przy zabytkowej Austerii”.

Na pozostałe działania gmina poszukuje źródeł finansowania zewnętrznego.

CELE PROJEKTU

Podjęte w ramach projektu pn. „Adaptacja budynków Austerii na Centrum Integracji społeczno-kulturalnej w Raszynie przy al. Krakowskiej 1 – etap 2” działania mają podwójny cel; po pierwsze – modernizację i renowację zabytkowego zespołu urbanistycznego Austerii, po drugie – stworzenie i zaprezentowanie atrakcyjnej i nowoczesnej oferty kulturalnej oraz zwiększenie uczestnictwa społeczeństwa w kulturze. Poprzez szeroką ofertę kulturalną, wystawienniczą i edukacyjną, a także prowadzenie warsztatów (m.in. teatralnych, dialogowych, językowych) gmina Raszyn pragnie zwiększyć aktywność swoich obywateli (stałej i napływowej ludności, rdzennych polskich mieszkańców i cudzoziemców). Dzięki właściwej akcji promocyjnej gmina starała się i nadal stara przedstawić atrakcyjną ofertę kulturalną i edukacyjną również dla pasjonatów i osób zainteresowanych z okolicznych gmin, z bliższych i dalszych rejonów Polski.

WSPÓŁPRACA Z PARTNERAMI

Od stycznia 2021 do kwietnia 2024 Gmina Raszyn wraz z partnerami: polską Fundacją na Rzecz Dialogu oraz norweską Nansenowską Akademią Humanistyczną z siedzibą w Lillehammer (The Nansen Humanistic Academy) i norweską Szkołą Wyższą Kristiania z Oslo (Høyskole Kristiania) – prowadziła działania na rzecz poprawy dostępności do sztuki i kultury obu państw. Uczestnicy projektu wspólnie  podjęli działania, by poprawić przepływ informacji między uczestniczącymi państwami, zaprezentowali skarby dziedzictwa kulturowego obu narodów. Mamy nadzieję, że w ten sposób gmina Raszyn wniosła swój malutki wkład w  wzmocnienia stosunków pomiędzy Polską a Norwegią, a atrakcyjna i nowoczesna oferta kulturalno-edukacyjna w odrestaurowanych budynkach zaowocowała nowymi kontaktami, ciekawymi spotkaniami i wieloma inspirującymi przedsięwzięciami.

Fundacja na rzecz Dialogu zaprezentowała nowatorski charakter działalności poprzez wykorzystywanie innowacyjnych narzędzi komunikacji wizualnej: technologii 3d, Virtual Reality (rzeczywistości wirtualnej) oraz technologii rzeczywistości rozszerzonej – Augmented Reality. Nowoczesne i ciekawe formy wyrazu zachęciły, szczególnie ludzi młodych, do aktywnego uczestniczenia nie tylko w oferowanych przedsięwzięciach. Już dziś projektujemy i planujemy wiele kolejnych ciekawych wydarzeń.

DIALOG – WIĘCEJ NIŻ SŁOWA

Budowanie kultury dialogu poprzez upowszechnienie nansenowskiej metodologii dialogu rozwijanej w Nansenowskiej Akademii Humanistycznej w Lillehammer od 1938 roku i stosowanej w wielu miejscach na świecie, przyczynia się do wzrostu kompetencji kulturowych społeczności lokalnych, pomaga w rozwiązywaniu problemów społecznych, zwiększa tolerancję, aktywizuje seniorów, osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby wykluczone społecznie i zawodowo. Narzędzia te nie są stosowane w Polsce, a dzięki programowi nie tylko będą wykorzystane w Gminie Raszyn, ale też zostaną upowszechnione w innych gminach, a dalej w całej Polsce.

W odrestaurowanym południowym skrzydle kompleksu Austerii ma działać Centrum Integracji i Dialogu, które wykształci kadrę trenerów-facylitatorów dialogu, poprawi kontakty mniejszości ze społecznością lokalną, ograniczy zjawiska wykluczenia w dostępie do pracy, urzędów, szkół, opieki zdrowotnej. Szkolenia dla nauczycieli pomogą im w pracy w klasach wielokulturowych, poprawiając stosunki między uczniami, redukując agresję.

PROGRAM DZIAŁALNOŚCI KULTURALNO-EDUKACYJNEJ NA LATA 2021-2024

W ramach programu przeprowadzono szereg projektów m.in.:

  • warsztaty dialogowe o zasięgu lokalnym i ponadlokalnym, realizowane w językach polskim i angielskim dla mniejszości mieszkających w gminie, dla nauczycieli, wolontariuszy, społeczności lokalnej, dla rodziców i uczniów;
  • warsztaty edukacji artystycznej i kulturalnej
  • innowacyjne warsztaty komunikacji wizualnej i nowych mediów
  • wystawy w zrekonstruowanej przestrzeni wystawienniczej Austerii
  • lekcje muzealne wspólne dla młodzieży szkolnej oraz społeczności lokalnej
  • warsztaty teatralne dla młodzieży i seniorów
  • lekcje języka angielskiego
  • warsztaty z obsługi kamer 3D

Program bazował na interakcji i dialogu, które z samej swej natury mają charakter interaktywny, aktywizujący uczestników. Stawiał na wzajemne uczenie się, zrozumienie swoich postaw i motywów, pomagał unikać uproszczeń i skłonności do stereotypowego myślenia. Prowadził do zrozumienia ponad lokalnymi podziałami, bez stereotypów dotyczących różnic religijnych, politycznych czy etnicznych.

The project entitled: "Adaptation of Austeria buildings to the Centre for Social and Cultural Integration in Raszyn at al. Krakowska alley no 1 - stage 2" was implemented under the European Economic Area (EEA) Financial Mechanism Programme.

The project costs were covered in 73% from the EEA Funds and in 12% from the funds of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. The Raszyn Commune's own contribution was 15%.

The total cost of the project in accordance with the agreement with the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage: PLN 17,044,044.52

The task was implemented in the period from January 1, 2021 to April 30, 2024.

 

As part of the project, the buildings belonging to the "Austeria" complex located along Krakowska  Alley were revitalized. Revitalization activities have been ongoing since 2021 and began with archaeological and architectural research. After selecting the general contractor through a tender procedure, conservation, restoration and construction works began, consisting of the renovation, extension and reconstruction of the former post office buildings, coach house and stalls. The project provided for the creation of the Integration and Dialogue Center in this place, within which there will be a reading room, a room for physical activities, a multimedia room, a library, a kitchen for conducting workshops and a consumption zone. In parallel to the ongoing construction works, many interesting and innovative social and cultural projects, the so-called "soft activities", were carried out. The place of these activities was the building of the former inn called "Austeria", revitalized in 2021, the Raszyn Culture Center (RCC), schools and kindergartens. Invitations to meetings, exhibitions, performances, trainings and workshops appeared on the websites of the Raszyn commune, the Raszyn Cultural Centre and on the Facebook pages of the commune office, RCC and Austeria itself. As part of the project, partnership agreements were signed with the Foundation for Dialogue and two partners from Norway: the Nansen Academy of Humanities based in Lillehammer and the Kristiania University based in Oslo. It was our Partners who prepared most of the events planned for the project.

 

 


 

The Nansen Academy prepared and presented, among others:

» a lecture with a multimedia presentation "Using dialogue to strengthen the development of society";

» a presentation on the functioning of the Nansen Academy, presenting the figure of Fridtjof Nansen on the 100th anniversary of awarding him the Nobel Peace Prize;

» training on intercultural communication and dialogue;

» communication workshops for children;

» a lecture on the history of Poland-Norway relations.

 

 

The Kristiania School - in accordance with the partnership agreement - prepared a play entitled "Aaron" directed by prof. Piotr Chołodziński, performed by second-year students of acting studies at the Kristiania Higher School and graduates of the Acting Department of the Polish Theatre School in Warsaw. Jan Englert also made a guest appearance - as the father of the main character. The play was presented at the Raszyn Cultural Center and the Teatrum Nobilium in Warsaw in February 2023, and a month later in Oslo, Norway. The script was written for the project by Vanessa Goldmann (pseudonym of Rebeka Spalińska). The music was created and played by music students from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music. The performance was performed in 4 languages: Polish, English, Norwegian and Hebrew. The presented story is a visit to Poland by Aaron, a young man of Jewish origin, whose parents living in Poland emigrated to Norway. Aaron visits a synagogue in Krakow, where his great-grandfather was a cantor. The purpose of the trip is to obtain a document necessary to marry a girl from Israel. In a Krakow hotel, he meets a group of neo-Nazis from Norway, and this meeting changes his life and causes a catastrophe in the relationships between the young people.

 

The Foundation for Dialogue offered, among others:

» lecture “Dialogue using the Nansen method – an effective method of understanding others”

» presentation “Art and history in Virtual Reality – how to create virtual reality”

» lecture “Culture and art in virtual reality” presented during the European Heritage Days

» theatre workshops for seniors and children (seniors presented their skills during a performance of fragments of “Ladies and Hussars” and “Maidens’ Vows” at the CCR)

» English language course

» workshops for the youngest entitled “Little Explorers” in archaeology and geology

» exhibition entitled “Women’s fashion during the period of national mourning related to the 1863 uprising in Poland

AUSTERIA COMPLEX

According to the entry in the Provincial Register of Monuments (no. 1265/05), the historic urban complex in Raszyn includes: an inn complex with an internal courtyard and walls separating it (i.e. a two-story inn building called the town hall, stalls, a coach house and stables) and a post office, the church of St. Stephen and St. Anne, a rectory, a former school building (currently a kindergarten) and the remains of the market square. The 18th-century Austeria complex, in addition to its role as a "market center", also served as a postal station on the road from Warsaw to Krakow and Wroclaw.

 

 

The first stage of the revitalization of Austeria was carried out by the Raszyn Commune in 2017-2020. The revitalization works were possible thanks to funding from the Regional Operational Program of the Mazovian Voivodeship in the amount of almost 60%; the remaining part is the own contribution of the Raszyn Commune. The total cost of the renovation of the first stage amounts to over PLN 5.3 million. The renovated main building houses play today role of a branch of the Civil Registry Office and the Memorial Room, where exhibits are collected.

 

 

The second stage of revitalization, covering the former coach house, stalls and post office, was possible thanks to financial support from the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism (73%), subsidies from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage (12%) and the Raszyn Commune's own funds (15%). The total cost of the renovation of the second stage is over PLN 17 million. This stage was carried out in 2021-2024.
 

The process of reconstruction of the Austeria took place under the supervision of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments. In accordance with the conservator's recommendation, the Commune aimed to rebuild the entire facility - the entire complex of the Austeria, which was designed by the leading architect of the King Stanislav era - Szymon Bogumił Zug. The facility was considered one of the most magnificent classicist complexes of buildings in Poland from the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries.

 

The elements awaiting full revitalization are the stables and the development of the area. Thanks to the participation of the Raszyn Commune in the Nadarzyn-Raszyn-Michałowice Local Action Group Association - and thanks to funding from the Rural Development Program for 2014-2020 - the "Playground at the historic Austeria" was created.


 

The commune is looking for sources of external funding for other activities.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

 

The activities undertaken within the project entitled "Adaptation of Austeria buildings to the Centre for Social and Cultural Integration in Raszyn at Krakowska Alley no. 1 - stage 2" have a dual objective; firstly - modernisation and renovation of the historic urban complex of Austeria, secondly - creation and presentation of an attractive and modern cultural offer and increase of the participation of society in culture. Through a wide cultural, exhibition and educational offer, as well as conducting workshops (including theatre, dialogue, language workshops), the Raszyn commune wants to increase the activity of its citizens (permanent and immigrant population, native Polish residents and foreigners). Thanks to the appropriate promotional campaign, the commune has tried and continues to try to present an attractive cultural and educational offer also for enthusiasts and interested persons from the surrounding communes, from closer and further regions of Poland.


 

COOPERATION WITH PARTNERS

 

From January 2021 to April 2024, the Raszyn Commune, together with partners: the Polish Foundation for Dialogue, the Norwegian Nansen Humanistic Academy based in Lillehammer (The Nansen Humanistic Academy) and the Norwegian Kristiania Higher School in Oslo (Høyskole Kristiania) - carried out activities to improve access to art and culture in both countries. The project participants jointly took action to improve the flow of information between the participating countries, presented the treasures of the cultural heritage of both nations. We hope that in this way the Raszyn Commune made its small contribution to strengthening relations between Poland and Norway, and the attractive and modern cultural and educational offer in the restored buildings resulted in new contacts, interesting meetings and many inspiring projects.

 

 

 

The Foundation for Dialogue presented the innovative nature of its activities through the use of innovative visual communication tools: 3D technology, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technology. Modern and interesting forms of expression encouraged, especially young people, to actively participate not only in the projects offered. We are already designing and planning many interesting events.

 

DIALOGUE – MORE THAN WORDS

 

Building a culture of dialogue by popularizing the Nansen methodology of dialogue developed at the Nansen Academy of Humanities in Lillehammer since 1938 and used in many places around the world, contributes to the growth of cultural competences of local communities, helps to solve social problems, increases tolerance, activates seniors, disabled people, and people who are socially and professionally excluded. These tools are not used in Poland, and thanks to the program, they will not only be used in the Raszyn Commune, but will also be popularized in other communes, and further throughout Poland.

The Center for Integration and Dialogue is to operate in the renovated southern wing of the Austeria complex, which will educate a staff of trainers and facilitators of dialogue, improve contacts between minorities and the local community, and reduce the phenomena of exclusion in access to work, offices, schools, and health care. Training for teachers will help them work in multicultural classrooms, improving relationships between students and reducing aggression.
 

CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY PROGRAM FOR 2021-2024

 

A number of projects were carried out as part of the program, including:

• local and supra-local dialogue workshops, conducted in Polish, English and the languages ​​of minorities living in the commune, for teachers, volunteers, the local community and minorities, for parents and students

• artistic and cultural education workshops

• innovative visual communication and new media workshops

• exhibitions in the reconstructed exhibition space of Austeria

• joint museum lessons for school youth and the local community

• theatre workshops for youth and seniors

• English lessons

• 3D camera operation workshops

 

The program was based on interaction and dialogue, which by their very nature are interactive, activating participants. It focused on mutual learning, understanding each other's attitudes and motives, and helped avoid simplifications and the tendency to stereotype thinking. It led to understanding beyond local divisions, without stereotypes regarding religious, political or ethnic differences.

 

 

Fonds de l'Espace économique européen (EEE)

 

Projet intitulé: « Adaptation des bâtiments d'Austeria au Centre d'intégration socioculturelle de Raszyn et allée Krakowska 1 - stage 2" a été mis en œuvre dans le cadre du programme de mécanisme financier de l'Espace économique européen (EEE).

Les coûts du projet ont été couverts à 73% par les fonds de l'EEE et à 12% par les fonds du ministère de la Culture et du Patrimoine national. La contribution propre de la commune de Raszyn était de 15%.

Coût total du projet conformément au contrat avec le ministère de la Culture et du Patrimoine national: 17 044 044,52 PLN

La tâche a été achevée à partir du 1er janvier 2021 jusqu'au 30 avril 2024

 

Dans le cadre du projet, les bâtiments appartenant au complexe « Austeria », situé le long d'Allée Krakowska, ont été revitalisés. Les activités de revitalisation sont en cours depuis 2021 et ont commencé par des recherches archéologiques et architecturales. Après avoir sélectionné l'entrepreneur général par appel d'offres, les travaux de conservation, de restauration et de construction ont commencé, comprenant la rénovation, l'agrandissement et la reconstruction des anciens bâtiments de la poste, de la remise et des échoppes. Le projet prévoyait la création d'un Centre d'Intégration et de Dialogue dans ce lieu, qui comprendrait une salle de lecture, une salle d'exercices, une salle multimédia, une bibliothèque, une cuisine pour animer des ateliers et une zone de consommation.

Parallèlement aux travaux de construction en cours, de nombreux projets sociaux et culturels intéressants et innovants ont été réalisés, appelés "actions douces". Le lieu de ces activités était la construction d'une ancienne auberge appelée « Austeria », restaurée en 2021, ainsi que le Centre Culturel Raszyn (CCR), des écoles et des jardins d'enfants. Des invitations à des réunions, expositions, performances, formations et ateliers sont apparues sur les sites Internet de la commune de Raszyn, du Centre Culturel de Raszyn et sur la page Facebook du bureau communal, du CCR et d'Austeria elle-même.

Dans le cadre du projet, des accords de partenariat ont été signés avec la Fondation pour le dialogue et deux partenaires norvégiens: l'Académie des sciences humaines Nansen basée à Lillehammer et l'Université des sciences appliquées Kristiania basée à Oslo. Nos Partenaires ont préparé la plupart des événements prévus dans le projet.

 

 

L’Académie Nansen des Sciences Humaines a préparé et présenté, entre autres:

» conférence avec présentation multimédia « Utiliser le dialogue pour renforcer le développement de la société» ;

» présentation sur le fonctionnement de l'Académie Nansen, présentant la figure de Fridtjof Nansen à l'occasion du 100e anniversaire de l'attribution du prix Nobel de la paix;

» formation sur la communication et le dialogue interculturel,

» ateliers de communication pour les enfants

» une lecture sur l'histoire des relations Pologne-Norvège.

 

L'école supérieure de Kristiania - conformément à l'accord de partenariat - a préparé un spectacle intitulé "Aaron" réalisé par prof. Piotr Chołodziński, mis en scène par des étudiants de deuxième année de théâtre de l'École supérieure Kristiania et des diplômés du département de théâtre de l'École nationale d'art dramatique de Varsovie. Jan Englert a également joué le rôle du père du personnage principal. Le spectacle a été présenté au Centre culturel Raszyn et au Teatrum Nobilium de Varsovie en février 2023, et un mois plus tard à Oslo, en Norvège. Le scénario a été écrit pour le projet par Vanessa Goldmann (pseudonyme: Rebecca Spalińska). La musique a été créée et jouée par des étudiants en musique de l’Université de Musique Chopin. Le spectacle a été joué en 4 langues: polonais, anglais, norvégien et hébreu. L'histoire présentée est la visite en Pologne d'Aaron, un jeune homme d'origine juive, dont les parents vivant en Pologne ont émigré en Norvège. Aaron visite la synagogue de Cracovie, où son arrière-grand-père était chantre. Le but du voyage est d'obtenir le document nécessaire pour épouser une fille israélienne. Dans un hôtel de Cracovie, il rencontre un groupe de néo-nazis venus de Norvège, et cette rencontre change sa vie et provoque un désastre dans les relations entre jeunes.

 

La Fondation pour le Dialogue a proposé, entre autres:

» ateliers de théâtre pour seniors et enfants (les seniors ont présenté leurs compétences lors d'une représentation de fragments de «Dames et hussards» et «Vœux de jeune fille») au CCR"

» des ateliers pour les plus jeunes intitulés "Petits explorateurs" en archéologie et géologie

» exposition intitulée "La mode féminine pendant la période de deuil national lié a l’insurrection de 1863 en Pologne

ÉQUIPE D'AUTÉRIE

Selon l'inscription au Registre provincial des monuments (n° 1265/05), le complexe urbain historique de Raszyn comprend: un complexe d'auberges avec une cour intérieure et des murs de séparation (c'est-à-dire un bâtiment d'auberge à deux étages appelé hôtel de ville, stalles, remise et écuries) et un bureau de poste, une église dédiée à St. Stephen et St. Anna, le presbytère, l'ancien bâtiment scolaire (aujourd'hui jardin d'enfants) et les vestiges de la place du marché. Le complexe Austeria du XVIIIe siècle, en plus de son rôle de «centre de marché», servait également de gare postale sur la route de Varsovie à Cracovie et Wrocław.

 

La première étape de la revitalisation d'Austeria a été réalisée par la commune de Raszyn en 2017-2020. Les travaux de revitalisation ont été rendus possibles grâce au cofinancement du programme opérationnel régional de la voïvodie de Mazovie à hauteur de près de 60% ; la partie restante est la contribution propre de la commune de Raszyn. Le coût total de la rénovation de la première étape s'élève à plus de 5,3 millions de PLN.

Le bâtiment principal restauré joue au’jourdhui un role d’une succursale de l'état civil et la salle commémorative, où sont rassemblées les pièces à conviction.

 

La deuxième étape de revitalisation, comprenant l'ancienne remise, les échoppes et le bureau de poste, est possible grâce au soutien financier du Mécanisme financier de l'Espace économique européen (73 %), aux subventions du ministère de la Culture et du Patrimoine national (12 %) et du Fonds propres de la commune de Raszyn (15%). Le coût total de la rénovation de la deuxième étape s'élève à plus de 17 millions de PLN. Cette étape a été mise en œuvre en 2021-2024.

 

Le processus de reconstruction d'Austeria s'est déroulé sous la supervision du Conservateur provincial des monuments. Conformément à la recommandation du conservateur, la commune s'est efforcé de reconstruire l'ensemble de l'établissement, à savoir l'ensemble du complexe hôtelier conçu par le principal architecte de l'époque du roi Stanislav - Szymon Bogumił Zug. L'édifice était considéré comme l'un des plus grands complexes immobiliers classiques de Pologne du tournant des XVIIIe et XIXe siècles.

 

Les éléments en attente d'une revitalisation complète sont les écuries et l'aménagement paysager. Grâce à la participation de la commune de Raszyn à l'association du groupe d'action locale Nadarzyn-Raszyn-Michałowice - et grâce au financement du programme de développement rural 2014-2020 - le «terrain de jeu de l'Austeria historique» a été créé.

OBJECTIFS DU PROJET

 

Réalisé dans le cadre du projet intitulé « Adaptation des bâtiments d'Austeria au Centre d'intégration socioculturelle de Raszyn, Krakowska Allée no. 1 – étape 2« ont un double objectif; premièrement - la modernisation et la rénovation du complexe urbain historique d'Austeria, deuxièmement - la création et la présentation d'une offre culturelle attrayante et moderne et l'augmentation de la participation du public à la culture. Grâce à une large offre culturelle, d'exposition et éducative, ainsi qu'à la réalisation d'ateliers (notamment de théâtre, de dialogue, d'ateliers de langues), la commune de Raszyn souhaite accroître l'activité de ses citoyens (population permanente et entrante, résidents polonais d'origine et étrangers). Grâce à une campagne promotionnelle appropriée, la commune a essayé et essaie toujours de présenter une offre culturelle et éducative attrayante également aux passionnés et aux personnes intéressées des communes environnantes et des régions de Pologne plus proches et plus éloignées.

 

COOPÉRATION AVEC LES PARTENAIRES

 

De janvier 2021 à avril 2024, la commune de Raszyn, en collaboration avec ses partenaires: la Fondation polonaise pour le dialogue, l'Académie humaniste norvégienne Nansen basée à Lillehammer (Académie humaniste Nansen) et l'école supérieure norvégienne Kristiania à Oslo (Høyskole Kristiania) - ont réalisé des activités visant à améliorer l’accessibilité à l’art et à la culture des deux pays. Les participants au projet ont pris des mesures conjointes pour améliorer le flux d'informations entre les pays participants et ont présenté les trésors du patrimoine culturel des deux nations. Nous espérons que la commune de Raszyn a ainsi apporté une petite contribution au renforcement des relations entre la Pologne et la Norvège et que l'offre culturelle et éducative attrayante et moderne dans les bâtiments restaurés a donné lieu à de nouveaux contacts, à des rencontres intéressantes et à de nombreuses entreprises inspirantes.

 

La Fondation pour le Dialogue a présenté le caractère innovant de ses activités en utilisant des outils de communication visuelle innovants: technologie 3D, réalité virtuelle et technologie de réalité augmentée. Des formes d'expression modernes et intéressantes encouragent, en particulier les jeunes, à participer activement non seulement aux activités proposées. Aujourd’hui, nous concevons et planifions de nombreux événements intéressants.

 

LE DIALOGUE – PLUS QUE DES MOTS

Construire une culture du dialogue grâce à la diffusion de la méthodologie de dialogue Nansen développée à l'Académie Nansen des Sciences Humaines de Lillehammer depuis 1938 et utilisée dans de nombreux endroits à travers le monde, contribue à la croissance des compétences culturelles des communautés locales, aide à résoudre les problèmes sociaux, augmente la tolérance, active les personnes âgées et handicapées, les personnes socialement et professionnellement exclues. Ces outils ne sont pas utilisés en Pologne, et grâce au programme, ils seront non seulement utilisés dans la commune de Raszyn, mais seront également diffusés dans d'autres communes dans toute la Pologne.

L'aile sud rénovée du complexe Austeria abritera le Centre d'intégration et de dialogue, qui formera une équipe de formateurs-animateurs de dialogue, améliorera les contacts entre les minorités et la communauté locale et limitera les phénomènes d'exclusion dans l'accès au travail, aux bureaux, les écoles et les soins de santé. La formation des enseignants les aidera à travailler dans des classes multiculturelles, en améliorant les relations entre les élèves et en réduisant les agressions.

 

PROGRAMME D'ACTIVITÉS CULTURELLES ET ÉDUCATIVES 2021-2024

Un certain nombre de projets ont été réalisés dans le cadre du programme, notamment:

• des ateliers de dialogue local et supralocal, animés en polonais, anglais et minorités vivant dans la commune, pour les enseignants, les bénévoles, la communauté locale et les minorités, pour les parents et les élèves

• des ateliers d'éducation artistique et culturelle

• ateliers innovants de communication visuelle et de nouveaux médias

• des expositions dans l'espace d'exposition Austeria reconstruit

• des cours de musée partagés par les écoliers et la communauté locale

• ateliers de théâtre pour jeunes et seniors

• leçons d'anglais

• ateliers d'utilisation de caméras 3D

 

Le programme était basé sur l'interaction et le dialogue, qui, par leur nature même, sont interactifs et activant pour des participants. Il s'est concentré sur l'apprentissage mutuel, sur la compréhension des attitudes et des motivations de chacun, et a contribué à éviter les simplifications et la tendance aux pensées stéréotypées. Cela a conduit à une compréhension au-delà des divisions locales, sans stéréotypes concernant les différences religieuses, politiques ou ethniques.es.
