Gmina Raszyn gościła 30 września 2021 r. w Austerii dr Steinara Bryna, norweskiego partnera w projekcie adaptacji budynków Austerii (etap 2), dyrektora Nansenowskiej Akademii w Lillehammer. Dr Bryn ukończył Uniwersytet w Wisconsin (licencjat, magister) i uzyskał tytuł doktora w amerykanistyce na Uniwersytecie w Minnesocie. W ciągu ostatnich 17 lat rozwijał i wspierał centra dialogu Nansena na Bałkanach. Dr Steinar Bryn jest odpowiedzialny za planowanie i realizację seminariów dialogu międzyetnicznego w Lillehammer i na Bałkanach Zachodnich.
S.Bryn zawsze kładł nacisk na prowadzenie wykładów, ale obecnie koncentruje się na dokumentowaniu i publikowaniu swoich doświadczeń z pracy na rzecz pokoju i pojednania. Szczególnie zależy mu na przeniesieniu doświadczeń z wieloletniej pracy na rzecz dialogu na Bałkanach na inne obszary konfliktu, w tym na Norwegię. Otrzymał wiele nagród, zwłaszcza za dialog i pracę pojednawczą wykonaną na najbardziej rozdartych wojną obszarach Europy po II wojnie światowej.
S.Bryn ma duże doświadczenie w pracy jako facylitator (mediator) dialogu. Jest wysoko ceniony wśród społeczności takich miast jak Vukovar, Srebrenica czy na terytorium Kosowa. Ułatwiał także dialog na Bliskim Wschodzie i między somalijskimi klanami. Poprowadził setki seminariów, opublikował liczne artykuły i ma bogatą historię wykładów na całym świecie. Po połączeniu Nansen Dialogue i Norweskiego Centrum Pokoju w 2010 roku jest starszym doradcą w Nansen Center for Peace and Dialogue.
Steinar Bryn wraz z Nansen Dialog Network został nominowany do Pokojowej Nagrody Nobla w latach 2009-2014. Nominowany przez wiceprzewodniczącego parlamentu norweskiego, posła do parlamentu bośniackiego oraz profesora mediacji w Norwegii.
W Austerii – dla licznie zgromadzonych gości (radnych, dyrektorów i grona pedagogicznego placówek oświatowych, kulturalnych i sportowych, także sołtysów i przedstawicieli Klubów Seniora) dr Bryn wygłosił wykład pn. „Wykorzystanie dialogu do wzmocnienia rozwoju społeczności”, któremu towarzyszyła multimedialna prezentacja. Po prezentacji jeszcze długo trwały rozmowy z norweskim gościem, który już dziś zapowiedział kolejną wizytę w najbliższym czasie. W Umowie Partnerskiej między Gminą Raszyn a Nansenowską Akademia znajdują się zapisy o prowadzeniu warsztatów dialogowych, tworzeniu grup roboczych i szkoleniach pilotowanych przez facylitatorów z Norwegii. Już dziś zaczęliśmy realizować zapisy tej umowy, przy wsparciu dr Steinara Bryna i głębokim zaangażowaniu uczestników wykładu.

On September 30, 2021, the Raszyn commune hosted dr. It also facilitated dialogue in the Middle East and between Somali clans. He has conducted hundreds of seminars, published numerous articles, and has a rich lecture history around the world. After the merger of Nansen Dialogue and the Norwegian Peace Center in 2010, he is a senior advisor at the Nansen Center for Peace and Dialogue. Steinar Bryn, along with the Nansen Dialog Network, was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2009-2014. Nominated by the vice-chairman of the Norwegian parliament, a member of the Bosnian parliament and a professor of mediation in Norway. In Austeria - for numerous guests (councillors, directors and teachers of educational, cultural and sports institutions, also village leaders and representatives of Senior Clubs), Dr Bryn gave a lecture entitled "Using dialogue to strengthen community development", which was accompanied by a multimedia presentation. After the presentation, talks with the Norwegian guest continued for a long time, who already announced his next visit to Raszyn in the near future. The Partnership Agreement between the Raszyn Commune and Nansen Academy includes provisions on conducting dialogue workshops, creating working groups and training piloted by facilitators from Norway. We have already started to implement the provisions of this agreement, with the support of Dr. Steinar Bryn and the deep commitment of the participants of the lecture. |
En batiment de l’Austeria, le 30 septembre 2021, la commune de Raszyn a accueilli Dr Steinar Bryn, un partenaire norvégien du projet d'adaptation des bâtiments Austeria (étape 2), directeur de l'Académie de Nansen à Lillehammer. Dr Bryn est diplômé de l'Université de Wisconsin (BA, MA) et a obtenu son doctorat en études américaines de l'Université de Minnesota. Au cours des 17 dernières années, il a développé et soutenu les centres de dialogue de Nansen dans les Balkans. M. Steinar Bryn est responsable de la planification et de la mise en œuvre des séminaires de dialogue interethnique à Lillehammer et dans les Balkans occidentaux. S. Bryn a toujours mis l'accent sur les conférences, mais se concentre maintenant sur la documentation et la publication de ses expériences de son travail pour la paix et la réconciliation.
